The HCBS Case Management System is an enterprise healthcare platform designed to support care coordination, service documentation, and workflow management within Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) programs. The system enables case managers, healthcare providers, and administrators to manage service records, monitor care activities, and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.
Due to the complexity of enterprise healthcare workflows and the diverse accessibility needs of users, the system required improved usability, accessibility, and interaction clarity to ensure efficient and inclusive use.
My role focused on improving accessibility, usability, and interaction structure while supporting enterprise workflow efficiency.
